专利说明:
FORMULATION FOR THE TREATMENT OF VEGETABLE OILS IN THE OBTAINING OF SOAPS AND DETERGENTS AND THEIR USE PROCEDURE OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The proposed invention relates to a new formulation for obtaining cleaning products with sequestering capacity (soaps, scrubbers, dishwashers, detergents) and cleaning products from vegetable oil, used or unused, in a simple way for the common user as well as the procedure for using it and which has its application in the field of organic products for the home. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION For years, homemade soap, accompanies us as a basic idea and trend of "do it yourself", to reuse at home a byproduct such as used vegetable oils, as raw material for manufacturing our own green, personalized and customized soap attractive, while saving a few euros on your purchase. It is also a social orientation because it is an ecological and sustainable product as well as the ecological aspect that this practice may entail. Taking into account that an average Spanish family generates an annual average of 10 liters of used oil and one liter of oil contaminates a thousand of water, recycling of this would stop contaminating> 0.8 m-3 of water per month. It is known that saponification is resolved by the use of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide or some strong base, with the environmental and health risks (corrosion and release of harmful vapors) that can cause people, but the invention proposes use of a reagent, a priori less aggressive, that substitutes these compounds to facilitate their handling at the domestic level and that does not require cooking, that has an acceptable performance and does not entail its use any risk to the health of people. This is intended to use the liquid saponifying formulation easily mixed with the oil so as to improve the current exposure to caustic soda so corrosive. 5 It is therefore a question of obtaining a formulation that, like those based on soda and potash, is biodegradable, so that its preparation and use is thus facilitated, thus avoiding the contamination of water and traffic jams derived from the spillage of oils in the sink. It is also known for a long time the replacement of soda and potash in saponification by sodium salts of phosphoric acid as in the case of patent ES0184980, but the yield in saponification is limited when used with used vegetable oils and the result It is not the desired one. 15 US4806269A discloses a procedure for obtaining soap from oils used for cooking. Said process can be carried out easily and with a high level of safety by a consumer since strong bases such as sodium hydroxide are not involved but uses a formulation whose components are sodium phosphate in addition to other additives. This patent is about products 20 solids that are mixed together with water and oil and cooking is required to obtain the soap. Document SU878779B also discloses a process for the saponification of vegetable oil used by treating it with sodium phosphate. In this case, cooking is also necessary to obtain the soap. JPH06322397 discloses a composition for making soap from oil used for frying tempura using xanthan gum among other ingredients and CN1 01130719 A discloses a beauty soap among whose 30 components is sodium stearate. The joint use of sodium phosphate together with xanthan gum and sodium stearate would be obvious to one skilled in the art except that in the present invention everything is used in an aqueous solution that allows this formulation to be added to the used oil. It is a liquid, that having a smaller amount of phosphate sodium is not considered toxic and, above all, that in the process of obtaining the soap it is not necessary to heat the oil mixture and the saponifying formulation of the present invention. In this way it is clearly facilitated to obtain soap by the user avoiding having to heat the mixture and the gases that can be released in cooking. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention proposes a new formulation for obtaining soaps and detergents from vegetable oil, used or not, as well as the method of using this formulation. The idea is to create a new formulation based on phosphate salts, for the treatment of oils and whose result has the following characteristics: one. Eliminate the need to have to heat the oil mixture and the saponifying formulation. 2. Eliminate the need to use a mixer or a means of mechanical agitation for oil saponification. Manual agitation should be sufficient. 3. Avoid using a container of a special material that can be heated, pot or saucepan, where you can mix and heat it, being unused for food use because it is chemical compounds that are mixed there. Four. The need to use an extractor for the release of vapors resulting from the saponification reaction is eliminated. 5. That the amount of phosphate or sodium lauryl sulfate is low enough so that the saponifying formulation is not considered toxic by official bodies. The proposed formulation can be used both at the level of private homes and at the industrial level in the hospitality and catering industry or other companies or entities where vegetable oil can be used in large quantities. The composition of the necessary reagent formulation 5 for the treatment of oil and the consequent procedure for performing the saponification are detailed below. The saponifying formulation has the following components: Ingredient % in weighFunctionPhysical appearance Water 89.7DiluentLiquid Sodium phosphate 3.2Saponifying agentPowder Sodium stearate 0.1Viscosity modifierPowder Xanthan gum 0.2Viscosity modifierPowder Sodium Lauryl Sulfate 6.4Foaming agentPowder Fragrance 0.4 FragrancePowder This saponifying formulation has a liquid state with the components dissolved in the water. Preparation of liquid soap. 15 Quantities: In proportions of 10 1 3 of the saponifying and oil formulation. Process: 20 1. The oil is poured into the formulation and the mixture is stirred vigorously for 2 minutes. 2. If desired, add a few drops of dye and stir until a homogeneous color is obtained. 25 The whole process is carried out at room temperature. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION As a preferred embodiment of the liquid formulation for industrial or domestic treatment, the following composition is proposed: Ingredient Water Sodium phosphate Sodium stearate Xanthan gum Sodium lauryl sulfate Perfume % by weight> 84 3-4 0.05 -0.3 0.1 -0.3 6.4 0.4Function Diluent Saponifying agent Viscosity modifier Viscosity modifier Foaming agent PerfumePhysical appearance Liquid Powder Powder Powder Powder Powder With this composition the resulting formulation is a liquid which, when mixed with the oil, in a formulation / oil ratio of 10/3, and at room temperature, with a simple stirring, saponification is produced, obtaining a liquid soap. None of the ingredients used in the formulation are restricted to be used for a cosmetic product but the final product developed by the 15 users (soap) cannot be classified as cosmetic because one of the ingredients used has no safety control (oil recycling). Once the nature of the present invention has been sufficiently described, it only remains to be added that said invention may undergo certain variations in the 20 components and percentages, as well as deviations in the times of the stages of sample preparation as long as said alterations do not substantially vary the characteristics claimed below:
